Day 01: Floating Islands of Uros – Amantani Island

Upon your arrival to the city of Puno, you will have a person who will transfer you to the hotel or our home office where you can wash up until the time of pick-up. At approximately 7:40 a representative of the agency will pass to transfer him to the port and start the 2-day excursion on Lake Titicaca, the highest navigable lake in the world, at 3,808 masl, and visit his main attraction, the floating islands of The Uros, just 6 kilometers from the Bay of Puno. Later we sail to the islands of Amantani, where we will spend the night and we can have activities together with families and a payment ritual to mother earth in the style of the locals.

Day 02: Amantani – Taquile – Puno

Very early, our guide will wake you up to appreciate the sunrise on Lake Titicaca, after breakfast and an optional hike, we start the trip to Taquile Island, where the community, after a traditional welcome, will show you their customs, as their Colorful clothing in the ancient style and its valuable meaning. From here, the views are magical, the color of the lake becomes more blue and the atmosphere is even more special. Also here you can take a walk through the different roads to enjoy the beauty of the altiplano.

We return to Puno by averaging 5 o’clock in the afternoon, and you can settle into the hotel and enjoy the city.
